Car Comes with Free Dog

Camping 4WDWe are all getting ready for the long flight as well as the tough roads of Australia. We have managed to get this 4WD with lots of things built-in that include, amongst other, a fridge, freezer, shower, and bed space enough for four gnomes.

Jack and Bronte are also planning tent arrangements ready for camping as well. At least the tent will be useful for looking after the free dog that came with the vehicle.

  11. Hey Spratt, hey Snorgey, how you doing?

The Opera-House looks Fab…we have intermittent rain here at the moment, so there is no competition guessing where we would all rather be!!

Get as many cool pics as possible – I’m expecting spiders and bugs, a platypus, Uluru, and maybe a bottle of Australian beer, sweating in the sun!

Take care, and I’ll speak to you soon,

    BigLove,

    Dad.x

  12. G’Day, Glad that you all got there safely. Can’t wait to see your pictures of the Sidney Harbour Bridge climb. Well done Claire, lots more exciting adventures to come, but I’ll bet none so scary as that. I am having a few Senior moments, you may get this comment twice, as I couldn’t remember if I submitted my first.

  17. Hi Claire, Robbie, Bronte and Jack, this is the one you have all been waiting for! Sydney Harbour Bridge, yes ok but is that the best you can do? I liked the whale sighting that must have been good. Lizzards, well two a penny in Costa Rica and of course they swim Jack. Some can walk on water, there’s a challenge for you. You have to be religious to see them because they are called Jesus Christ lizzards.
How about this Jack and Bronte, I spent an hour the other evening watching and listening to Amy Whitehouse at Glastonbury and a very enjoyable hour it was too. Cool eh!Yesterday Nana and I watched our only remaining Tennis Player at Wimbledon – Andy Murray – get through to the quarter finals. It was an amazing match. He was 2 sets to love down and still went on to win. Dot, Jack and family up in Perth are probably saying that Andy Murray comes from Scotland and therefore is theirs! Perhaps we can share in the celebrations, it is such a rare event. Guess what? I have finally got a window to fill the hole in the camapavan left by the last window blowing out on the motorway at a phenominal price of £196.
What about Maisie? Up to her usual tricks. On her walk today she ran on ahead of me and when I finally found her she was behind the counter with all of the old crinklies in the Round Table Hut in the carpark at Hillhead. She is fine they said she has only eaten 2 of our bacon sandwiches. She had already nicked 2 sausages from someones barbeque on the beach.
We are really enjoying all of these scrumptious rasberries which in the past we never seem to be able to find because of the secret raspberry pickers. Needless to say Henry and Alfie between them have had their fair share of redcurrents and rasberries.

Well I am going to sign off now and take the dog for a walk. Continue having a great time. Thinking of you all.
PS I did feel that PR wasn’t too happy perhaps he can’t take the heat! By the way it is 70+ here today and Lisa Pollard tells me it 80+ in Montana.
