phpdao.com – Update for MySQLi/PHP5 and Views

Sadly it looks like phpdao.com is no longer supported. Here I have provided an update to phpdao that includes:

Working with PHP5,
Working with the MySQLi Driver,
Working with Views as well (assumes the first column is the primary key), and
Allows NULL values during insert or update commands.
